Thursday 7PM

Strength & Core

A core based class that has the body working hard to strengthen and condition the muscles and joints. Dynamic movement and static holds to bring the body into balance. Have a water bottle handy to rehydrate.

Tuesdays 7:00PM

The Slow Burn

Static holds that push the muscles to the limit followed by a flowing vinyasa to recover. Allow the body to infuse with the pose & notice subtle differences as the practice progresses. Using long holds to gain strength & stamina achieving "The Slow Burn".

Weekend Recovery

The weekend is almost over, time to recover. A restorative class that will put you in a positive headspace for the upcoming Monday morning.

Relax & Restore

Restorative Yoga/Yin Yoga is a profoundly healing form of yoga that is quickly gaining popularity.  This mindful practice is self-nurturing, allowing time and space to deeply restore and heal from daily stress. This practice can also help to dismantle chronic tension patterns, improve immune function, and bring the body and mind back to their original state of balance. Everyone is welcome!

Core Power Flow

A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility.  A strong core is a necessary component in all postures. You’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Pull focus out of your head and into your body & heart.

Vinyasa Flow

Expect movement, not just stretching. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a diverse series of smooth moving poses united with the breath. Yoga helps to expel toxins. It re-energizes your body and relaxes your mind. Come strengthen and tone your muscles.

Aging Gracefully

You’re only as young as you feel and yoga is one of the best forms of exercise that can be practiced at all stages of life. This yoga class is great for people with limitations or injuries, seniors, or any yoga practitioners who wish to increase joint mobility, breath and body awareness, balance, strength, and vitality. In this class, the practice will be offered on your mat or using a chair to accommodate your abilities. There will be variations provided for the postures so that it is inclusive to all, allowing you to work at your own pace and ability. You’re never too old…and it’s never too late! You will be amazed at what you can do!

Qigong

Qi=life energy, breath, the essence of life. Gong=means work or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Qigong=gentle form of exercise to

heal, remove blockages and strengthen the body.

Barre Fitness

Blending the energy movement of Qigong with the strength and flexibility of yoga. A great pairing for a gentle hour of exercise.

Hatha

In this yoga class our focus will be on detoxifying the body through movement (yoga poses), and increasing balance, strength, and flexibility.  The traditional practice of yoga encourages calming of the mind and nervous system to enhance our focus and concentration. All are welcome with variations offered to accommodate all abilities.

Feel Good Flow

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to open, stretch, and strengthen the body. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. The yoga postures are practiced with attention to alignment and detail for greater stability and balance. This yoga class is suitable those who would like to increase their focus, strength, and body awareness.

Stability, Mobility, Flexibility Flow

Develop stability in the sacral complex with core work, move the joints to increase range of motion, stretch muscles and fascia to gain flexibility.
