For those wanting a more challenging practice, or honestly this is just your best time slot! All are welcome, we will adapt as we need to.

A fun flowing class with alignment principles woven in. Get outta bed damn it!


Posture Align AM & PM

Tuesdays 9AM & Mondays 7PM

A methodical class that will teach us about how our bodies are functioning, and how we can move better, breath better and feel better. Great for all levels.


Essential Oils Gentle Flow

Thursdays 6PM

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. The yoga postures are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. This yoga flow is suitable for beginners or for more experienced yogis who would like to slow down and deepen their practice.


Align Hatha

Wednesdays 6:30PM

Toys with Tara, as Natalie would say! We like props, they just help with really getting in there. Come play, explore and learn to move better in

this mixed level class.


Mindfulness Yoga

Thursday 4:15PM

This approach to practice provided effective stress release through a combination of classic yoga poses and mindfulness techniques. The benefits derived through yoga are further enhanced through an awakened union of breath, body and mind. Suitable for all levels of ability.


Yin/Yang Flow

Mondays 5:15PM

A practice beginning with longer held Yin asanas to get into the fascia, connective tissue and joints creating strength, flexibility and reducing inflammation in the body. Following will be a Yang flow to strengthen, balance and create awareness in the body. All levels welcome.


Vinyasa Flow

Thursdays 9:30AM

Expect movement, not just stretching. Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a diverse series of smooth moving poses united with the breath. Yoga helps to expel toxins. It re-energizes your body and relaxes your mind. Come strengthen and tone your muscles.


Weekend Recovery

Sundays 6:30PM

The weekend is almost over, time to recover. A restorative class that will put you in a positive headspace for the upcoming Monday morning.


Relax & Restore

Tuesdays 5:30PM

Restorative Yoga is a profoundly healing form of yoga that is quickly gaining popularity especially amongst students who have limitations, injuries or who simply prefer to move at a slower pace. This mindful practice is self-nurturing, allowing time and space to deeply restore and heal from daily stress. This gentle practice can also help to dismantle chronic tension patterns, improve immune function, and bring the body and mind back to their original state of balance. All levels of ability are welcome.


Freestyle Flow

Saturdays 9:30 AM

Turn stress into sweat. This is a challenging and innovative flow class that integrates breath, movement, strength, flexibility and balance. This energizing class will appeal to active bodies who want to focus the mind and calm the spirit.


Core Power Flow

Mondays 7PM

A true blend of balance, core strengthening and flexibility.  A strong core is a necessary component in all postures. You’ll focus on yoga postures that open the shoulders, hips and spine while strengthening your core and upper body. Pull focus out of your head and into your body & heart.


Vinyasa Flow Plus

Tuesdays 7:15PM

Vinyasa Flow Plus: A more intense version of Vinyasa Flow that incorporates more of the Vinyasa’s into the practise to add another level of strength and cardio conditioning.



Mondays 9:30AM

This is a moderate yoga class that aids in detoxifying the body, promotes balance, increases flexibility and concentration. You will also connect your breath and your body through breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation. Traditional yoga poses encourage the calming of the mind and nervous system. All levels welcome.


Chair/Senior's Yoga

Tuesdays & Fridays 10AM

You’re only as young as you feel and yoga is one of the most youth-enhancing exercises around. This Hatha style yoga class is a great way for people with limitations or seniors to increase joint mobility, respiration, body awareness, balance, strength, and vitality. Most of the yoga poses are done either sitting in a chair or standing using a chair for support. There will be modifications provided for all of the postures so that everyone can work at their own pace and ability. You’re never too old…and it’s never too late! You will be amazed at what you can do.

Qi=life energy, breath, the essence of life. Gong=means work or skill that is cultivated through steady practice. Qigong=gentle form of exercise to

heal, remove blockages and strengthen the body.
